It's the second venture to move from being shaped to operating under Slash Group, and it takes on a problem most organisations feel but few build for properly: how you develop people.

What it does

Slash Horizons builds the people systems behind good organisations — clearer pathways, stronger capability, and better ways to turn potential into real contribution. Not a course, not a framework on a shelf. Systems that operate: onboarding, capability, and progression that actually change how a team works.

It sits in a different industry to SlashTech, with its own customers and its own operator. What connects them is the way they're built.
